Nidrana Initiative Foundation was founded to change this. We build inclusive and free spaces for adults to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Through mindfulness, creative workshops, and community gatherings, we help people cultivate balance, empathy, and joy.

We teach practical methods for mindfulness, emotional regulation, and stress reduction—helping adults strengthen resilience, focus, and inner calm.
